The full skirt is gathered at the waist and is made of an exquisite white eyelet. There is a full under skirt to add extra body, as well as a full ruffle at the hem. For an extra pop of color, I added the fun floral sash. This sash is adjustable and can be tied at the front, side or back. The dress is finished with four little white buttons.
